Early Friday morning, we made the hike up the mountain. Contemplating on a spot to meditate with nature. I had some ideas on where I could find a nice spot, when we reached up it just presented itself to me. I have found that nature gives me solace.
Wanted to share one important aspect that has really helped me over the years. When I breathe in and out through my nose, I focus my breath whether that breath is felt on your upper lip as you inhale and exhale or just the feeling of breathing in and out. My breath remains my focus the entire time of meditation this helps to clear my mind of all external thoughts, helps me to focus and energize me throughout the day.
